Grasses & Bamboo

Swaying or rigid, seed heads spangled with light and grasses golden at sunset. If ever a group of plants are chosen for their aesthetic possibilities, these are they! Equally at home in urban gardens or rural spaces open to the countryside, grasses are hard to beat. From small to tall, they make crisp addition to fronts of borders, gravel gardens, or even containers.  Don't just think Pampas Grass! Grasses nearly always need sunshine and an open situation. They are great space-fillers, or, a group of plants against a coloured wall are simply chic.
