Need a replacement card?

If you've lost or damaged your BeInspired card, don't worry - we're here to help you get a new one. To make the process as smooth as possible, we recommend that you install our app, which allows you to access all the information you need about your BeInspired account and card.

Simply download the Bents BeInspired app from the App Store or Google Play Store and follow the instructions to register your account. Alternatively, you can email us directly at beinspired@bents.co.uk to request a replacement card. Please include your full name, address, and BeInspired account number (if known) in your email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the details of your replacement card.

Please note that there may be a small fee for replacing your BeInspired card. This fee will be charged to your account, and you will be notified of the amount before your replacement card is dispatched.
