We are confident in the quality of our plants, but we understand that nature can be unpredictable. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 5-year guarantee on all our hardy plants.

How It Works

If your hardy plant fails within five years of purchase, we will provide a free replacement or store credit, as long as:

  • The plant has been given reasonable care.
  • It is returned with proof of purchase.
  • The original plant label is attached.

Terms & Conditions

  • The guarantee applies only to container-grown hardy plants.
  • It does not cover plants affected by extreme weather, pests, or neglect.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability at the time of return.
